Serving the passion for fútbol since 2014
Campeon Soccer was founded in 2014 by media entrepreneur Javier Marin to serve an underserved but passionate U.S. Hispanic soccer market.
But the story really began four years earlier — with a World Cup, a newspaper, and an album full of stickers.
Bringing a World Cup tradition closer to Hispanic families across New England.
For generations of soccer fans across Latin America, collecting and trading Panini FIFA World Cup stickers has been almost as much a part of the World Cup as watching the games themselves.
In 2010, Marin saw an opportunity to bring that tradition closer to Hispanic families across New England. As owner of El Planeta, the Spanish-language news outlet serving Massachusetts' Hispanic community, Marin had something unique: an established network of newspaper distribution points located directly in the neighborhoods Panini wanted to reach.
El Planeta became a natural partner for Panini, distributing World Cup albums and stickers throughout its network. What began as a World Cup project would eventually become Campeon Soccer.
Campeon expanded from distribution into retail with its own soccer store in Chelsea, Massachusetts, at the heart of one of New England's most diverse Hispanic communities.
The concept later expanded through pop-up retail locations at Boston Logan International Airport and the Prudential Center in Boston.
In 2017, Songoro Productions LLC, owner of Campeon Soccer, took the business national.
Campeon licensed the Univision Deportes brand and, in partnership with Massachusetts-based Arocam Sports, created the Univision Deportes Fan Shop — an e-commerce and retail operation serving soccer fans nationwide.
When Univision Deportes became TUDN in 2019, the business evolved with it and became the TUDN Fan Shop.
At the same time, Campeon developed a national wholesale business, representing and distributing soccer brands with deep connections to Mexican fans, including Charly and Voit.
From a neighborhood soccer store to a business operating across four fronts.
Retail, e-commerce, licensing and wholesale distribution — built on the same network and the same audience Campeón has served from the start.
In 2024, the TUDN Fan Shop license was acquired by Arocam Sports, allowing Campeon to return its focus to the businesses where its story began: soccer merchandise and distribution.
Today, Campeon maintains its Amazon reseller operation and its longstanding relationship with Panini.
That relationship came full circle with the 2026 FIFA World Cup Album and Stickers, when Campeon successfully participated in the wholesale distribution of one of soccer's most beloved traditions.

Soccer apparel, footwear and fan gear for a market that knows the game.
Campeon provides sports content, marketing, and event services, helping brands connect with soccer fans through original content, brand activations, experiential marketing, and events built around the passion and culture of the game.
Sixteen years after first bringing Panini World Cup albums to El Planeta distribution points, Campeón is still doing what inspired the business in the first place:
